Bob Stripling has a strong background in the litigation of civil cases. His practice over the past several years has included mediation; and he now devotes his practice exclusively to ADR services, including mediation and arbitration. Bob is a Federal Certified and Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit-Civil Mediator. He is a member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals and the Florida Circuit-Civil Mediator Society, and is a Charter Member of the Florida Bar Alternative Dispute Resolution Section. We are compassionate and understanding of the needs of all parties involved. Our convenient downtown Gainesville location is just three blocks from the civil courthouse. We offer a conference room and several breakout rooms - all comfortable and part of a relaxed environment. Our facilities include Wi-Fi Internet, and we provide snacks and beverages throughout the mediation process.

Fees & Travel Expenses

Our fees are very reasonable and we do not charge for travel within the North and Central Florida regions.
